DG的JY也有数不清的次数了。这次不知为什么，竟然是来了一个极其自然的不想C。回想起来，还有点巧合。那最后C的一支是在星期天的凌晨，所以等于是同一天C的最后一支，同一天开始JY。
星期天，闷闷的天，上海话叫做很齁丝的，一觉醒来，因为天气，竟然不想CY了。碰到要下雨而没下的天气，DG总喜欢自我感觉好一通地为自己睡懒觉找到一条天人感应的理由，天不爽，所以人也不爽。铆劲睡个懒觉，也没有细想这股懒劲可能还因为J了Y。反正天闷闷的，人就出着汗，一天一边出汗一边懒懒地睡着。一天下来，DG竟然来了点精神，“哈，一天没C，老子J了Y了！”

   SZJ话时，刚和女友TDH，以前曾X过的“美丽的N”。她在YHGZ，WZ结S。SSLD又B他们GCQ了？“Q哪儿？”Y不MB。“到WMDY务。”后LL起来Y才知道，所谓DYW就是ZDQ和有钱的大老板LS，希望其YW款XNZZJD银行JS。“Y怎么LX呢？”“因为是DD，HZ特意换了Y去D。昨天晚S，陪CFD，还去CLG。被摸了GB，摸就摸了吧，能摸出LBSMY也行。”
   Y知道YS多么地QG。YS不CH来，只好也GZ说：摸就摸了吧。“你在XYT里，DH。”Y低声说。
   这SD，BS明摆着Y逼LW娼吗？Y就BMB了，ZYQ有钱DR，CLYD肉欲，就MBD爱HL？看样子GB也摸了不少了，有强迫ZHSZ么的？就这么QJ？LCBP？
   Y后来HW了一句：就没有一个带点LXZYD？“没有。”Y回答。
   说是LJC，还是GG的；本来XD是：FK。

JY最怕什么？最怕死党。DG第二天就碰到了死党阿刚上门。他女儿就是小梦子上回在上海抢的媳妇，“亲家”上门，比死党还死党。DG专门买了盎格斯NP，阿刚知道有盎格斯NP亨，立即去买了一瓶西班牙五年陈的HJ，他说NP还是要HJ来配，特别是盎格斯级别的NP，不能喝PJ，只能喝HJ。DG同意，上次烧烤，好好的一块NP，几乎没有人问津，追究起来，就是PJ撑的，如果喝的是HJ，NP还会没有人亨？
两家六口喝着、亨着。DG打着小九九，就怕阿刚酒饱饭足，再来个YJ不分家。就找个借口，到厨房去忙点什么。阿刚自己提着酒杯去了后院，拿出Y，点上一支，很舒服地C了起来。抬头一看，发现DG破天荒地没有跟出来，就叫了起来。DG面皮薄，只好出来。阿刚递上一支，DG一边接Y一边说，“我JY了。”阿刚好奇地问为啥，DG说HL痛，昨天起决定——这时DG给自己点上——JY了，阿刚到底是死党，狠狠地C了一口，说，“那我也要J了。……

Nicorette Inhaler Starter Pack

The Inhaler can be used during smoke-free periods, for example in smoke free areas or in situations when you wish to avoid smoking.
Nicorette Inhaler Programme
You should use between 6-12 cartridges per day for the first 12 weeks. How many you need depends on how many cigarettes you used to smoke. Try not to use too many or too few cartridges, but use the Inhaler as needed to relieve your withdrawal symptoms and cravings to smoke.

Detailed instructions on how to assemble the Inhaler
1. Remove the mouthpiece from the plastic wrap.
2. Align the marks on the mouthpiece and pull apart.
3. Take out the blister tray.
4. Peel back to release one cartridge.
5. Press the cartridge firmly into the bottom of the mouthpiece until the seal breaks.
6. Put the top onto the mouthpiece.
7. Again align the marks on the mouthpiece and push the top and bottom firmly together to break the top seal of the cartridge.
8. Twist to misalign the marks.
9. Your Nicorette Inhaler is now ready to use.
How to combine use of the Nicorette Patch and Inhaler
Normally Nicorette Patch or Inhaler alone would provide enough nicotine to help most people control their craving for cigarettes. However, some people may find that even though they are using nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) they still have intense or frequent cravings they find difficult to cope with. If you are one of these people you may benefit from combining Nicorette Patch use with Nicorette 10mg Inhaler.
Each morning apply a Nicorette 15mg/16 hour Patch to an intact area of skin. The Nicorette Patch should be removed before going to bed. After applying the Nicorette Patch use Nicorette 10mg Inhaler whenever a craving occurs. For best results try to use at least 4-5 cartridges of Nicorette Inhaler every day. 1. JY这档事很麻烦的，克明说不要紧张，DG的路数则略同，所谓心态要正。一边C着Y，一边说JY，这就是一种心态。DG有DG的理论，一般说来，JY分两派，一派叫做浪子回头派，把CY看作是堕落，学坏，一朝决定JY，就想着把世界上所有的绝对性全部用到对Y的仇恨上来，不仅把昨天的堕落全部算在Y头上，还把今天当作做人的重跑线，浪子回头了，就只能有子，不得再浪，看到Y就像看到了昨天的堕落，那股恨，再点上几滴忏悔水，弄出一付不JY，毋宁死的绝情绝义相，其实内心很脆弱，至少那份对于Y的恨是由曾经（昨天）的爱转化过来的，要绝对地恨，恨出极端来，还是缺少底气的，所以这一派往往要拿着零嘴来做Y的替罪羊，昨天的和肺过不去，转化的过程中，就变成了和自己的体重过不去。另一派叫做回头也是岸，CY不是一件苦海无边的事，从冒着竹笋拷肉的风险开始偷着C，到叼着Y拷那偷CY的儿子的肉，前前后后，至少也得二三十年了，这股挚爱必然是因为有快乐，才能保持如此之久。而且，C下去，不回头也是岸——彼岸。这不C了呢，也是岸——此岸。C不C，只不过是人生的两种各有情趣的不同活法，没有叫死叫活的绝对对立。率性而为，不想C，回头也是岸，就J了。但是，心态要开放，Y不C了，就不能拿零食来垫背（嘴），J得了Y，就要也J得了零嘴。说不C，就不C。CY有利于减肥，不C就不能忘记Y的减肥的恩德，更不能以怨报德地用零食来糟踏体重，把吃出来的体重也责怪到Y头上。回头也是岸派还有一个优点，就是不忘旧情，逢场作戏，难免一夜情，不妨一口Y，到了死党聚头，YJ不分家，绝对不红着脖子扫别人的兴致。C了几十年了，也不多这一支。底线就是死党走了，自己绝对不去买一包，这才叫J了就J了。

网络时代的JY很有意思，可以被悲壮壮地歪咧咧地去J，什么冒虚汗呀，盗冷汗呀，出急汗呀，所有的汗出遍，就是为了一个悲壮的境界：恍惚着，几如九死一生地J着。其实呢，网络时代的害处也就在这种悲壮中体现了出来，J得那么悲壮，本来应该是天大的艰难自己扛着，却因为网络的张扬，变成了发嗲，一声“我JY了”，马上招来一片起哄，热情鼓励的，马上送上电子坚果，居心叵测的，立即问要不要医治虚冷急汗的土方，幸灾乐祸的说着抽一支为JY鼓鼓劲，最最刻毒的，就是在那里算日子，一天了，两天了，那么算计着，其用心，和目的，就是要加强JY这种非人日子之度日如年的效果。
DG采取的是回头也是岸的路数，自然不会如此要死要活地J。不过，在公司宣布JY，也引来了一片赞赏。两周过去了，同事杰夫一再挑逗，勾引，DG就是不为所动，原因就是杰夫只是同事，不是死党，死党的Y好C，同事的YC不得，这就是DG的JY底线之一。杰夫看着DG还当真J了，就跟DG说也要JY。
DG真的D了，看着杰夫，DD地问了一句，
“but，how？”
杰夫说，Yes，it is hard，but，if I quit，I will buy A carton of cigarettes and put it in my locker。Everytime I wanna smock，I will put 50 cents in locker，then，I can quit，……
DG还是听不懂，要C一支就放五毛在更衣箱里，意思大概是为了叫自己CY时心痛，心痛钱就会慢慢J了Y，可是，DG的脑子有点转不过来，这五毛是放在杰夫自己的更衣箱里，怎么会导致心痛呢？一条C完了，还积蓄了Y钱，会不会再去买第二条？
“So，……”，DG还想问点什么，想了想，又放弃了，五毛党宣称JY，还是宽宏点，做出一点仁慈吧。
